The bread starter is made from a mixture of flour and water and is meant to be stored in the fridge or in the freezer.

The recipe is also a vegetarian option and the bread is available in a variety of flavours.

The restaurant also offers a wide range of vegan options.

The sourdought starter is available at all restaurants on the Atlanta metro area. 

The recipe is called Sourdoug and the restaurant says it will create several more starters before the end of 2018.
