Combine butter and sugar in a medium bowl.
Whisk together eggs and cornstech until combined.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Stir in milk, lemon juice and vanilla.
Place dough on parchment paper and flatten to a 1/4-inch thickness.
Place in a preheated 9×13 baking pan.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes or until the bread is browned and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack.
Cut into slices.
