It’s easy to make, gluten free, and it can be made in just a few minutes.
You can make it in batches of just 1, 1, 2 or even 10 bananas.
This easy vegan banana recipe is packed with healthy nutrients and delicious flavours.
Vegan Banana Bread Ingredients 1 banana, peeled and chopped 1/4 cup raw cashews 1/2 cup water 1/3 cup honey 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/8 tsp baking soda 1/16 tsp salt (optional) Instructions Place the bananas in a medium bowl and mash with a fork.
Add the water, honey, coconut oil and olive oil and mix well.
Add vanilla and mix again.
You will have a mixture of different banana flavors that you can add to taste.
Add more honey if you like more sweetness.
Refrigerate overnight and make ahead.
In the morning, mash the banana and blend with a spoon.
Add to a food processor and pulse until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
If you’re making a batch of this, it’s recommended that you mash the bananas 1/5 to 1/6 of the way through.
Serve the banana bread with vegan coconut chips, some vegan cheese, and some vegan peanut butter or honey.
