Baking: Strawberries, Zucchinis, and Zoodles recipe type: Snack (bread), Bread (bread) ingredients: 3 medium sized strawberries, 1 medium sized zucchi, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon agave, 1 cup bread flour, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons baking powder, 1 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 whole egg, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 pinch salt and 1/8 tsp pepper, optional toppings: 1 small egg white, 1 handful chopped parsley, 1 large onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1 bunch parsley leaves, 2 whole red pepper, 1-1/2 cup walnuts, 3 tbsp almond butter, 1 stick of butter, optional: chopped walnuts (optional) date and basil, optional garnishes: roasted peanuts, chocolate chips, or walnuts garnish: sprinkles, nuts and berries Instructions: In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, zucchis, cinnamon, honey, agave and bread flour.
Mix well to combine.
Add the eggs, baking powder and salt to the bowl and mix well.
Add all the ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Add in the egg and mix to combine until well combined.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
Prepare the loaf by preheating a grill or large oven to 450 degrees F (200 degrees C).
When the loaf is ready, remove the loaf from the oven and pat the top dry with paper towels.
